About the Job The Vendor Operations Executive is expected to work as an individual contributor with stakeholders across departments to analyze current vendor performance and execute processes to improve operational performance. You will have direct exposure and impact on your assigned operational area. You will be reporting directly to the Vendor Operations - Team Lead. Responsibilities: Manage an operational performance area of the foodpanda restaurant segment. Ownership of vendor improvement by monitoring, ideating, and executing strategic projects with the team. Resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations to create magical experiences. Coordination and project execution with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure smooth vendor journey and high quality of vendor experience within the platform. Accurate and timely reporting and resolution to key operational results and issue resolution. Requirements: Preferably with at least one year of work experience (may include internships). Quantitative mindset & analytical capabilities. Proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements. Self-Leadership through being proactive and independent. Highly motivated and excellent team player. Willingness to learn and curious to explore ways to improve the operational performance of vendors.
