Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma, bachelor\'s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree, any field.
  • Strong interest in servicing and learning about various industries such as education, healthcare, government and agencies, port and transportation, retail and property, telecommunications, channels, or inbound sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers for both existing and new accounts.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to recruit and manage the team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Writes well in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interest in ICT solutions or software.
Responsibilities
  • Highly skillful at diagnosing and assessing client needs at a strategic and business outcome level.
  • Build positive trust relationships with vertical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process.
  • Responsible for bringing in new leads/sales by methods proposed by the incumbent.
  • Prepare and present new business proposals to partners, clients and/or potential investors.
  • Responsible for the development and sales performance of respective sector market.
  • Persuasively communicate the value of our solutions in terms of value and impact on customer business goals.
  • Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements in clients\' operations including process improvements that could increase efficiency or identifying alternative suppliers with lower costs.
  • Developing and managing relationships with clients/ partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve sales and revenue.
