Job Description

: * Capital Target Setting, Capital Projections and Capital Monitoring

• Lead and work with business units in capital projections of Banking Entities and setting of capital targets.
• Lead in preparation of annual capital management plan, quarterly and monthly update to the respective Board of Directors and Group EXCO.
• Review of disclosures and other information with regards to capital ratio reporting for internal and external consumption.

• Capital Raising

• Manage capital raising activities to meet internal capital targets in line with business plans and to manage refinancing requirements.
• Assist in capital raising and senior funding for CIMBGH.
• Manage the cashflow for CIMBGH and CIMBG which includes senior and bilateral funding.

• ICAAP and Stress testing

• Work with team and review capital related matters in the annual ICAAP submission to BNM and stress testing process.

• Regional oversight of capital related matters

• Work together with the regional CBSM teams to execute capital plans and perform capital monitoring and capital projections.

• Capital allocation and capital performance measure

• Work with business units and propose optimal capital allocation to senior management
• Review monthly RAROC report and report to GRCC and BRCC.
• Assist in annual capital allocation and RAROC target setting for the Group.

• Deployment of Capital and Capital Investing Oversight

• Lead and review monthly reporting of Exco Capital performance for the Group

• Reporting automation initiative

• Assist in implementation of workstream and monthly data validation for EP and EPM Project.

• Recovery Planning

• Assist and lead in the regular update of the Group's Recovery Plan
