Job Description
: * Capital Target Setting, Capital Projections and Capital Monitoring
- Assist in capital projections of Banking Entities and setting of capital targets.
- Assist in preparation of annual capital management plan, quarterly and monthly update to the respective Board of Directors and GEXCO.
- Review of disclosures and other information with regards to capital ratio reporting for internal and external consumption.
- Capital Raising
- Manage capital raising activities to meet internal capital targets in line with business plans and to manage refinancing requirements.
- Lead in capital raising and funding for CIMBGH.
- ICAAP and Stress testing
- Lead in annual ICAAP submission to BNM and stress testing process.
- Regional oversight of capital related matters
- Work together with the regional CBSM teams to execute capital plans and perform capital monitoring and capital projections.
- RAROC tracking and RWA allocation
- Assist and lead in preparation of monthly RAROC Result to GRCC and BRCC.
- Assist in annual capital allocation and RAROC target setting for the Group.
- Exco Capital Oversight
- Assist in the EXCO Book reporting for the Group
- Reporting automation initiative
- Assist and lead in implementation of workstream and monthly data validation for EP and EPM Project.
