Job Description

:Leads the Secured Lending Portfolio Team for the development of strategic plans to bring incremental sales volume and revenue to the Bank.5 - 10 year of working experience of relevant banking backgroundStrategy and Planning

• Develops and spearheads the execution of strategies and business plans to build secured lending portfolio sales and revenue.
• Drives and implements initiatives to enhance the performance of sales teams
• Review, develop and execute retention plans to ensure healthy secured lending portfolio
• Initiate and execute revenue, cost savings and fee income strategies
• Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures for the team
• Identifies and establish key partnership & synergies to drive overall portfolio growth

Business Performance and Management

• Drives P&L growth and customer portfolio growth for secured lending products
• Oversees the development and implementation of portfolio products/services, partnership and marketing communications and/or campaigns to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, and Department\'s policies and procedures
• Work closely with decision management and CBPA team to obtain insights, enrich and improve customer segmentation and portfolio
• Develops network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance relationship
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time

People Management

• Develops, builds and leads an effective team that operates seamlessly
• Manages the performance of the team

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensures compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
