Develop and implement digital CASA initiatives to drive acquisition of customer and account base to grow market share.
Responsible for the digital CASA onboarding journey for end to end process - development, enhancement, customer journey, process improvements, communications, trainings and complaints handling
Manage and drive CASA acquisition business focus on channel & segment proposition and engagement and as well as any segment cater to business direction.
To formulate and implement CASA acquisition campaign strategy and ensure competitiveness
To manage end-to-end campaign process from ideation to completion i.e. assessment and viability, system requirements and UAT testing involvement, supporting distribution channels, post campaign launch, reporting and analysis.
Implement marketing initiatives to build product awareness and capture new customers, execute and track performance.
Develop/enhance customer journey for CASA account opening to improve customer\'s banking experience and complaints management related to acquisition.
Maintain campaign T&Cs, documentations, processes and operations to ensure compliance to all policies and BNM requirements.
Collaborate with various stakeholders in marketing, legal and compliance, risk and operation as well as customer experiences, to launch deposits products and campaigns to market.
Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time.
