Ratu Oceania Raya Malaysia is a professional recruitment and crew-sourcing partner for world-renowned international cruise lines, including Viking Cruise Line. We specialize in connecting motivated Malaysian talent with rewarding global careers at sea. Our services include recruitment, pre-screening, documentation support, and role-specific training to prepare candidates for guest-facing hospitality, culinary, housekeeping, and hotel operations roles on board.

Our Focus

We operate across two core hospitality streams:

1. Hospitality & Culinary Operations

Food & beverage service, bartending, specialty dining, culinary production, pastry, and galley operations , all dedicated to delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

2. Hotel, Guest Services & Housekeeping Operations

Housekeeping leadership, stateroom services, laundry operations, retail, and hotel stores roles, supporting smooth onboard operations and consistently high guest satisfaction.

Salary range for all positions:

RM 3,500 - RM 25,000, depending on skills, experience, and cruise-line placement.
