Mandarin-speaking Restaurant Managers and Waiters
to join our
European River Cruise
hospitality team.
Restaurant Manager
Lead and supervise the restaurant and bar team to ensure high-quality dining service for Chinese guests.
Manage service flow, table assignments, and daily staff schedules.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams, ensuring timely and accurate food delivery.
Train and coach wait staff in
Provide table service to Chinese guests, ensuring polite and attentive communication.
Present menus, explain dishes, and assist guests with food and beverage choices.
Set tables, deliver orders, and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
Follow
Chinese dining culture standards
and onboard service procedures.
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin
(spoken & reading).
Restaurant Manager
: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
Waiter/Waitress
: Minimum 1-2 years service experience in F&B, hotel, or cruise.
Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
Appearance:
No visible tattoos while in uniform
Interview Information
Online pre-screening
(confirm experience and Chinese skill).
Final interview in Kuala Lumpur - November 27
(with Viking HR Director).?
