We are now seeking

Mandarin-speaking Stateroom Stewards and Housekeeping Supervisors

to join our

European River Cruise

hospitality team.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean guest staterooms to Viking's hygiene and service standards. Provide

housekeeping service in Mandarin

for Chinese guests. Assist in embarkation/disembarkation day cabin setup. Report maintenance or guest issues promptly.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Lead and train Stateroom Stewards; manage daily cleaning operations. Conduct room inspections and ensure service consistency. Handle inventory, reporting, and guest feedback (Chinese communication).

Stateroom Steward

Perform daily cabin cleaning and turndown service. Replace linens, restock amenities, and assist guests courteously. Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin

(spoken & reading). Previous experience in

4/5 star hotel, housekeeping, or cruise operations

. Minimum 2 years experience (Supervisor: management or lead role preferred). Professional appearance, teamwork, and service mindset. No visible tattoos while wearing the company uniform.

Final interview in Kuala Lumpur - November 27
