\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Volunteer Manager cum Coordinator in overseeing all 3R\xe2\x80\x99s of volunteering i.e. Recruit, Retain & Recognise \xe2\x80\xa2 Check/Verify application & volunteer status \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain & Upkeep volunteer tracking i.e. attendance, record activities / project etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration - Record & Update volunteer activities, Phone, Fax, e-mail & respond to volunteers Maintain & Upkeep volunteers database / system i.e. active, dormant etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, Organise & Execute volunteer trainings & activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Constantly communicate & mobilize volunteers effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain & Upkeep Master Filing \xe2\x80\x93 e-filing & paper filing/documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, Organise, Execute & Coordinate volunteer activities Liaise with all staff (inter department) regarding volunteering opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Build & maintain rapport with all volunteers and internal & external partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, organize & conduct volunteer meetings & recognise volunteers accordingly Manage budget Plan and organise Volunteer Appreciation Award
