The Voucher operations team is responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution and maintenance of Vouchers and Gift cards inventory. As a Voucher Operations, you will operate in a country scope, manage the creation and maintenance of digital voucher inventory and execute its subsequent offers. You will also be responsible for supporting business requirements with demand planning, customer experience management, and building SOPs for the improvement of business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Constantly seek to improve and streamline operational processes.
  • Create and execute processes to set up vouchers.
  • Ensure a high degree of due diligence in checking legitimacy vouchers.
  • Making sure that the terms and conditions for vouchers are updated in the system. The message must be clear and concise.
  • Showcase ownership towards the voucher business by ensuring replenishment of such vouchers.
  • Recommend and execute ideas with the Business team to maximize vouchers.
  • Share ideas and work with product teams on potential areas to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with the Customer service team to understand customer pain points and work towards a resolution.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote vouchers with the objective to increase order purchases.
  • Work with the graphics team to design images best suited to promote vouchers
Requirements

  • Process-oriented mindset and passionate about optimization and automation.
  • Meticulous and has a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to interface & communicate with stakeholders and Merchants teams.
  • Self-driven. Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • Experience or interest in learning how to market a product
  • High drive and ownership on process improvements.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eager to join the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong excel analytics skills. Ability to analyze data and present data with stakeholders.
