This financial services company has established their presence in their market for more than 15 years. With a core focus in investment business and diversifying their client portfolio in fund management, they are rolling out key HR initiatives aligned to the business expansion within the next three years and are recruiting for a VP, Organisational Development job.

About the VP, Organisational Development Role:
The primary focus of this role is to be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management and total rewards programmes as well as overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date on market best practices and implement changes to improve the effectiveness of training and development programmes (including career and capabilities building and development, succession planning, and individual development plans)
• Create training and development strategies that align with company\'s overall strategic direction
• Develop and communicate policies and processes related to training and development (including career development and succession planning) to all employees
• Manage the Staff Education Assistance Programme and advise on the Staff Bonding Policy to create a positive workplace environment
• Oversee orientation and induction programmes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture and work environment
• Establish principles and criteria and ensuring fairness and transparency in career development and succession planning systems
• Develop the annual training budget and calendar for the business
• Lead and facilitate transformation and change management programmes and initiatives from an HR perspective
• Lead the development of some key training programmes and oversee the development of others
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the training and development function
• Lead and facilitate knowledge management programmes and initiatives

To succeed in this VP, Organisational Development role, you will need to have strong people, analytical and report writing skills, as well as good interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
• At least 10 - 15 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner or particularly in organisational development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and nonverbal) and excellent analytical skills
• Open-minded, proactive, good at monitoring implementation and follow-up, detail-oriented, result-oriented, and possessing excellent managerial/leadership skills
