About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partnership with external partners from associations/chambers/corporate service providers/e-commerce/property agency to create more values for SMEs and mutual partnership benefits.
  • Execution of partnership is measured by activities carried out virtually or physically and SME leads generated.
  • Strengthen partnership with MOU for selected partners.
  • Preparation of marketing collaterals to support the running of partnership and activities.
  • Conduct yearly review on existing corporate service providers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders for support on the partnership or activities where required.
  • Support branch activities which was identified by branch leader or branch managers to have a robust monthly activity with opportunities of SME leads.
  • Monitor leads progress and consistent updates by sales.
Job Requirements
  • A recognised Degree in any field / Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in business-to-SME sales with proven track record
  • Sales experience in SME Banking Products preferably in business loan/ deposit/ FX sales will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Result driven and comfortable dealing / interacting with all levels of people
  • Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and a team player
