Key Responsibilities

Greeting and Seating Guests

: Welcome customers upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.

Taking Orders

: Listen carefully to customer orders, provide recommendations, and input orders accurately into the system.

Serving Food and Beverages

: Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

Ensuring Guest Satisfaction

: Regularly check on tables to confirm customers are happy, address complaints, and provide solutions when necessary.

Maintaining Cleanliness

: Clear tables after guests leave, reset for the next customers, and keep the dining area clean and well-maintained.

Collaboration

: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure efficient operations and communicate any special requests or issues from customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Customer Service Skills

: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and enhance their dining experience.

Attention to Detail

: Ability to accurately take orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Multitasking Ability

: Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Stamina

: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays of food and beverages.

Communication Skills

: Clear verbal communication to relay orders and customer needs to the kitchen staff.
