Responsibilities

Deliver top quality and friendly customer service\xc2\xb7
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards\xc2\xb7
Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly\xc2\xb7
Handle overall operations and reports to submit\xc2\xb7
Attend to customer\'s concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies\' policy\xc2\xb7
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations\xc2\xb7
Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages\xc2\xb7
Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations
