- Be able to communicate with customers in English or Mandarin
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Willing to learn and enjoy meeting people
- Punctual and discipline.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Required to work on weekends and public holiday
- For Malaysian only
- Deliver top quality and friendly customer service\xc2\xb7
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards\xc2\xb7
- Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly\xc2\xb7
- Handle overall operations and reports to submit\xc2\xb7
- Attend to customer\'s concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies\' policy\xc2\xb7
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations\xc2\xb7
- Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages\xc2\xb7
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations
