Barista: Job Responsibilities

Basic latte art skills Maintains a friendly, pleasant and neat image to guests. Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios). Prepare beverages following recipes. Serve beverages and prepared food, like cakes, pastries and muffins. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards). Cleaning work areas, coffee machines, and equipment. Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates. Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs. Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items. Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance.
Service crew: Job Responsibilities

Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required. Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. Ensure cafe cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms. Provide counter/take-away service. Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests inquiries, complaints or requests Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code. Project a positive and professional image. Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance Working Location: Menara Ken (TTDI)
Required:

Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia A bonus point if you are fluent in other dialects. Positive attitude, outgoing and commitment to customer satisfaction

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
