Handle daily warehouse administrative tasks and documentation
Prepare and update delivery orders, invoices, and stock records
Coordinate with drivers, sales team, and customers on delivery schedules
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock count
Ensure filing and data entry are completed accurately and on time
Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Experience in warehouse or logistics administration is an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
