Able to do Stock take in Daily, Weekly and Monthly. 2. Assist documentation and admin duties, keep track all stock with proper record, adequate and are filed, update into system if needed and stored properly. 3. Responsible in verify and follow all procedures in incoming or outgoing stock. 4. Perform general administrative & clerical support in daily running of the office such as answering phone calls, handling courier service and etc. 5. Assist in paperwork, such as prepare checklist, stock card, minute meeting and etc. 6. Ensuring accuracy and correctness of all incoming goods/stock, data entry into system. 7. Prepare and filing documents. 8. Keep track and renew company\'s transportation vehicles license, and also help booking for vehicles service and maintenance. 9. Prepare accurate reports for supervisor. 10. Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time. Requirements: 1. At least 1 -2 years working experience in related field. 2. Must possess at least SPM certificate. 3. Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia 4. Must have experience in administrative, warehouse, inventory or any related field. 5. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Office, able use Auto Count system will be an added advantage). 6. Problem solving skills. 7. Able to work independently and achieve work target.
