- Possess at least a Diploma in any field. Candidates with experience working in the warehouse/logistics field are preferable.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin due to the working nature.
- Must be able to work in Balakong/Seri Kembangan area.
Inventory Management:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Process and fulfill orders, which involves picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the stocks are arranged correctly at the packing bay for efficiency
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any shipment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with freight carriers or logistics providers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure smooth transportation logistics.
- Prepare documents for any activities related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
- Generate reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and other relevant metrics to help monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure monthly cycle counts of stock are carried out in the most appropriate manner.
