Job Description


Warehouse Admin Operation Assistant

s

  • Report to Warehouse head / or appointed personnel by the management
  • Collect stock document from all company\'s active location
  • Issue stock document in the company\'s system
  • prepare stock document listing for each location, collect and audit stock document record
  • Key in Stock Count data.
  • Receive request form for Warehouse Department and pass to PIC
  • Prepare delivery outlet form listing
  • Undertake Warehouse Department record keeping
  • Note and document internal department minute of meeting
  • Assist in Department Administrative Operation
  • Other task required by the Management
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any related field
  • Has two (2) years in administrative / retail Job related working experience
  • Living in KK

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
