Hard working, self motivated, result orientated. * Performs administrative and office support activities for Sales Department * Works proactively with other team members * Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters. * To assist on clerical duties such as extracting report, documentation filling and key in data. * Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally. * Reply to Live Chats and enquiry. * Manage and handle daily operations, clerical, preparing invoice and other administrative works. * To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
