  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in related field will be preferable
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Physically IT (Only Applicable to Warehouse Assistant) - able to do lifting of materials
Tanggungjawab

Overview
  • Perform full cycle of warehouse administrative workflow
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow up packing list and labelling request with sales department for all Sabah / Sarawak shipment,
  • Check and monitor material inventory for production and update HOD accordingly
  • Assist checking finished goods before release to own collection customer, to participate in stock count activities
  • Preparation of DO based on SO
  • Assist on checking eFIES sticker, SO and delivery request, to ensure all DO copies are complete and submitted on weekly basis for Management\'s reference,
  • Liaise with sales PICs for any amendment or cancellation of SO,
  • Liaise with transporter and proceed booking for collection at factory,
  • Issuance of exit pass to customers and suppliers, maintaining a good filing & archiving system, etc.
