Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist operation in daily administrative activities of warehouse operations.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
  • Coordinating the movement and distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including documentation and processing, and liaising with installer.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing warehouse documentation, such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
  • Analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
Qualifications & Requirements :
  • Minimum SPM with 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations environment.
  • Familiar with WMS / SAP
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy, with ability to use Microsoft Office.
