We are a dynamic water purifier specialist, based in Malaysia, rapidly growing through an online store and an expanding network of agents and ecommerce. We are looking for a results-driven individual who can blend e-commerce operations with field support, helping us hit ambitious sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:-
Receiving & Unpacking
Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming materials and stock upon shipment arrival or replenishment orders.
Verify quantities and conditions against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Inventory Monitoring
Maintain optimal stock levels; monitor low-stock items and promptly notify the manager for reordering.
Assist in preparing stock reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Slow-Moving Stock Reporting
Update the manager regularly on slow-moving or less-focused items to support planning for online/offline sales campaigns.
Coordination with Admin Operations
Work closely with the admin operations team to ensure stock accuracy, proper labelling, and organized storage.
Ensure all items are kept in good condition.
Damage & Discrepancy Reporting
Report damaged goods, missing items, or discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and documentation purposes.
Warehouse Organization
Ensure stock is arranged neatly, systematically, and easily accessible for daily operations.
Office & Showroom Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation of the warehouse, office, and office showroom at all times.
International Shipment Preparation
Prepare and organize stock for international shipments once the commercial invoice and packing list are provided by the admin team.
Order Fulfilment
Pick, pack, and fulfil marketplace and webstore orders (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
Ensure accurate packaging, labelling, and timely dispatch.
Daily Parcel Drop-off
Deliver parcels daily to MBE or designated courier drop-off points for marketplace and Shopify orders.
Job Requirements:-
Minimum SPM or equivalent;
Ability to lift, move, and handle physical stock and packages.
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, marketplace seller portals).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and support operational needs when required.
Possess a valid driving licence or motorcycle licence (optional, if required for errands or drop-offs).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
