Looking for a Warehouse and Yard Associate with expertise in SAP and Oracle systemPosition: Warehouse and Yard AssociateCompany Industry: Oil and GasWorking Location: Labuan, SabahWorking hours: Monday - Friday / 7AM - 4PMWorking duration: 6 MonthsSalary: RM2,000 to RM3,000 + OTJOB SUMMARY : Under direct supervision, working with both internal and external parties performs a variety of duties ensuring that SAP transaction done in timely manners and as per company process and procedure. Provides basic and some advance support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area. May handle special project as assigned.Essential Responsibilities:Health, Safety and Environment

• Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned
• Keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist
• If ever any HSE incident takes place, Stop Work and report immediately to your manager
• Review all associated ORA\'s/HRA\'s/MOC\'s/Work Permits prior to starting work and exercise Stop Work at any time for safety

Delivery

• Optimize work flow, warehouse/yard layout efficiency \xe2\x80\x9cLean\xe2\x80\x9d
• Liaise with AMO/Mfg/Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure on time delivery and shipments
• Other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned
• Be able to achieve and maintain Competency Assessments as required
• Perform data entry into respective systems timely & accurately
• Deliver as outlined in local service level agreement
• 6S and Lean - Execute 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) plan
• Perform physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API)
• Perform SAP transaction for material movements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent professional certification
• 2+ years\' experience in SAP role (Preferably from Oil & Gas Industry)
• Have a good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP or ORACLE
• Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel and Outlook
• Be fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent all-round communication skills
