Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Warehouse Clerk

to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate inventory management, proper food storage, and efficient order fulfillment. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of food products and raw materials. Record and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse systems. Pick, pack, and prepare internal and customer orders for delivery. Ensure proper storage of food products according to temperature and hygiene requirements (e.g., cold storage, dry goods). Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with

HACCP

and

GMP

standards. Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and internal audits. Label and date food items to ensure traceability and proper shelf-life management. Report damages, discrepancies, or safety issues promptly to the supervisor. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified). Follow company policies, safety procedures, and food handling regulations (e.g., FIFO, HACCP, GMP).

Requirements

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk (experience in the food industry preferred). Basic knowledge of food safety standards (FIFO, HACCP, GMP). Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory control systems is an advantage. Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Willing to work on-site at
