Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods. This role ensures stock accuracy, safe handling of items, and smooth workflow within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities



Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery orders. Pick, pack, and prepare items for outgoing deliveries. Maintain proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse. Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records. Operate basic warehouse equipment (trolley, pallet jack, forklift - if certified). Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company policies. Assist in periodic stock counts and audits. Support supervisor/management with other warehouse-related tasks as required.

Requirements



Minimum SPM or equivalent (high school graduate). Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage. Physically fit; able to lift and move goods. Basic math and counting skills. Good teamwork and communication skills. Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions. Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

Working Conditions



Warehouse environment (standing, lifting and moving items). May require overtime, weekends, or shift work depending on business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
