We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Warehouse Executive

to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory management. The role involves supervising stock control, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy. Implement and maintain proper warehouse procedures, safety, and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for timely deliveries. Prepare and maintain documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports. Oversee loading and unloading activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure goods are properly labeled and stored. Train and supervise warehouse staff to achieve performance and productivity targets.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is an advantage. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to handle warehouse operations when required.
