Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Operations
Coordinate and supervise
receiving of goods
from suppliers and transporters
Verify deliveries against
POs, DOs, and system records
Ensure correct
labelling, UOM, and storage location
for all incoming stock
Identify and report
shortages, damages, or discrepancies
promptly
Ensure proper
FIFO/FEFO
practices are followed where applicable
Outbound Operations
Oversee
order picking, packing, and dispatch
to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Ensure orders are prepared according to
customer, route, and delivery schedules
Conduct final checks before dispatch to minimise delivery errors
Liaise with drivers and logistics partners for smooth outbound flow
Inventory & Warehouse Control
Maintain accurate
inventory records
in the WMS/ERP system
Support
cycle counts, stocktakes, and variance investigations
Monitor stock conditions in
ambient, chiller, and freezer
areas
Ensure proper housekeeping and organisation of warehouse zones
People & Process
Guide and coordinate
warehouse assistants / operators
on daily tasks
Ensure compliance with
SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene standards
Escalate operational issues, delays, or risks to the Operations Manager
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to
safety procedures
, PPE usage, and equipment handling
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Support audits and compliance requirements (ISO, food safety, etc.)
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
2-4 years
experience in warehouse or distribution operations
Hands-on experience with
inbound, outbound, and inventory control
Familiar with
WMS / ERP systems
(training provided if required)
Basic computer skills (Excel, system data entry)
Able to work in a
fast-paced, operational environment
