Manage daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and daily task allocation.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials (FIFO practice).
Oversee shipment loading/unloading and delivery schedules.
Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock movement.
Supervise use and upkeep of warehouse equipment.
Enforce discipline, safety, and warehouse layout compliance.
Implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with customers on delivery and discrepancy matters.
Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
