Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible to ensure effective operation in warehouse/store. To ensure all activities are performed and adhered to standard procedures, GMP, company rules and regulations. To maintain safety, security and good housekeeping at the warehouse/store. To ensure proper labelling and segregation of pre-sterile and post-sterile goods. To allocate awaiting area and quarantine area for non-conformance goods handling. To ensure accurate stock inventory. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as directed from time to time. To plan and organize jobs for store personnel. To coordinate closely with shipping department for containers arrangement. To ensure container loading is carried out properly. To ensure all DN or DO or checklist are properly recorded. To check and ensure stock inventory is update properly. To coordinate with QA department in returning the rejected goods if any found at quarantine area. To conduct monthly stock check for non-conformance, pre-sterile and post-sterile goods. To prepare summary reports for stock and shipment. To check and monitor pest control activities. To check and ensure fire reel and fire extinguisher are in good condition. Responsible for Company's Policies and Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 13485 & ISO 11137. Responsible for Safety's Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS), ISO 45001. Responsible for Environment Policy and Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001.

Requirements:

Minimum diploma holder. Minimum 2 years working experience as an Executive, preferable in an established manufacturing environment. Computer literate - MS Excel, MS Words, Power Point, Graph & Trending Chart. Knowledge in relevant Quality Standards (ISO 13845, ISO 9001 & etc). Ensure proper implementation of GMP & other procedures within department. Able to be a team player to lead & train subordinates by an example. Initiative, motivated and committed & able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
