Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Warehouse Executive

to manage and oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of warehouse best practices and

experience handling LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse)

procedures is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates in the system. Monitor and enforce proper material handling, FIFO, and space optimization practices. Plan and execute stock count activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and investigate discrepancies. Ensure all inbound/outbound documentation is complete and complies with audit and customs requirements. Liaise with production, purchasing, forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth flow of materials and goods.

Manage LMW documentation and processes

including ZB1/ZB2, CJ5, permit application, and customs reporting. Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S and EHS standards. Assist in improving warehouse SOPs and support system or process enhancements. Supervise and guide warehouse staff and forklift operators as required.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with LMW processes

and customs documentation is highly preferred. Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
