JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for management and warehousing and logistics team.
• Responsible in supervising and controlling the warehouse functions including personnel and premises.
• To ensure adequate availability of documented procedures that preserve the safety and quality of the materials and finished products stored in warehouse.
• To check and ensure good maintenance, housekeeping and hygiene in the warehouse area.
• To ensure required initial and continuous training for warehouse personnel are carried out accordingly.
• To authorize the issuance of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products from warehouse according to FIFO/FEFO.
• Responsible for the monitoring and management of stock levels, delivery times and transportation.
• Responsible in maintaining inventory lists, review paperwork and reports, checking the material/product information, process shipping orders and provide customer service.
• To visually assess materials/products during stock taking and send samples to laboratory for re-assessment when necessary.
• Responsible in identifying discrepancies and coming-up with solutions.
• Responsible in compliance of Good Distribution Practise and Good Manufacturing Practise at warehouse area.
• Any other duties whenever assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of degree in business, management, logistics or any suitable field or relevant working experience.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
