Warehouse Executive

who is hands-on, responsible, and experienced in managing daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and transport coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, structured operations, and ensuring smooth logistics flow.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in Warehouse / Inventory Management or any related discipline

Valid Goods Driving License (GDL)

to drive commercial registered vehicles

Forklift Driving License

is an added advantage At least

3-5 years of working experience

in warehousing, inventory, distribution, or logistics operations Strong

time management and communication skills

Mature, committed, and able to work

independently

Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience in

ERP systems, CRM, Pos Laju, online logistics portals

, and standard warehouse procedures is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of

Warehouse Assistants

Implement and enforce proper

stock management (FIFO/LIFO)

and maintain inventory accuracy through

cycle counting

Oversee

safe loading and unloading

of containers and lorries Ensure compliance with

warehouse safety and OSH standards

Prepare

daily and weekly warehouse activity reports

Train new warehouse staff and review overall staff performance in collaboration with the

HR team

Manage

fleet maintenance

, ensuring all vehicles are legally roadworthy (road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM) and serviced on schedule Handle

immediate transport issues

, including breakdowns, delays, and accidents Monitor and maintain the condition of the

warehouse, vehicles, and equipment

Plan and supervise

events and outdoor activities

where warehouse support is required for marketing projects Monitor

security services

, and other contracted service providers
