CJ representative in Penang Branch for Robert Bosch operation.
Job Responsibility:
Managing inventory report & daily cycle report.
Managing transportation.
Managing daily inventory cycle count request by RB.
Generate outgoing invoices & packing list from Solution system.
Incoming report, error report, ASN report.
Document record retention.
Monitoring MHE.
Outgoing truck arrangment from CJ to RB with transportor.
Monitoring on custom from collection.
Job Requirement:-
Have experience in Warehousing and Distribution.
Min Degree/Diploma or equivalent field.
Knowledge in Warehouse management
Proficient computer skills, specifically in Ms. Excel and WMS
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Both verbal and written skills.
A team player with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Able to interact with people at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentially of information.
