KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage warehouse and logistics operation efficiently from planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation to customer services. Logistics \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, manage and monitor daily operations of third-party warehouse and logistics \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and manage third party warehouse daily route/schedule of shipment and deliveries \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate variance of outlet return \xe2\x80\xa2 Forecast and prepare annual plan on logistics support with related parties and convey projected plan to Third-party Logistics (3PL) \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor 3PL KPI performance and review, suggest and implement for improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all Warehouse & Logistics operations are in accordance to the S.O.P. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor in/out of products with proper documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all relevant reports submitted to the superior timely basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Report all abnormalities/accidents/cases to management in prompt manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and recommend areas of improvement on the existing warehouse & logistics work procedures Warehouse Sales Clearance Event \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor overall company\xe2\x80\x99s stocks level and manage events to clear aging stocks \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a healthy stock level for overall inventory \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, coordinate and execute events and warehouse clearance fair with assistance of warehouse & event executive \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor daily sales vs target report of warehouse sales clearance event and replenish stocks, if needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver the total sales vs. target reporting of warehouse sales clearance event \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out pre and post mortem of clearance events to define area of improvement AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Delivery: \xe2\x80\xa2 All goods should be monitored on the completeness of delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 All stock movements should be documented and signed by all parties involved \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all stock movements adhered to the SOP \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure goods receiving and issuing are delivered in good and safe condition \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all goods are delivered within the KPI timeframe Cycle count: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure inventory tally with the system \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in the annually inventory check \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all documents have been captured completely \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of the system Inbound & Outbound: \xe2\x80\xa2 Roll and plan out the yearly stock movement and shared to 3PL \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all inbound and outbound captured completely within the KPI timeframe \xe2\x80\xa2 Always maintain fulfilment rates according to the KPI \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the process flow and ensure all related departments adhere to the SOP JOB REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse & Logistics Management. Experience working in retail industry will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of implementing and driving Warehouse & Logistics KPI \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in standard inventory management software (i.e. XERP) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to implement process improvements and build strong workforce \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in handling and communicating with 3PL \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamic and have the ability to work under tight deadlines in order to deliver results \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and organization skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-initiative, critical thinking and result-oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or other dialects will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel and possess own transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to be based in Damansara Height
