We are expanding and seeking

Warehouse Keeper

to ensuring smooth warehouse operations -- including receiving, storing, and preparing goods for delivery or stock transfer. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and responsibility to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations & Goods Handling

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods according to purchase orders. Load and unload goods using a forklift or manual handling equipment. Prepare products for customer deliveries and stock transfers between branches. Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stock counts. Monitor stock movement, report shortages or damages, and assist with labeling and barcode printing.

3. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with supervisors and branch PICs for inter-branch stock arrangements. Submit daily goods movement reports and support ad-hoc warehouse activities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent. At least 3 years of warehouse experience. Able to operate a forklift (license preferred but not mandatory). Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse floor work. Basic computer skills for stock entry and documentation. Familiarity with hardware or building materials is an advantage. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or in a team.

Monday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with overtime when required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
