Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure goods received from supplier are properly recorded. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all the part in the store are properly storage & recorded. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain and monitor the stock movement of part in terms of the physical (quantity) and cost. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in maintaining stock item /raw material replenishment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare the material /components by project as required by Production department. Authority / Accountabilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure parts/material received tally with DO & update into SQL system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure maintain and monitor the stock movement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Store no entranced by unauthorized person. Requirements Education/Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM or at least 1 years related role experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer Literate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast leaner and good responsibility on works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work independently with minimum supervision. Skills/Training: \xe2\x80\xa2 SQL Accounting/Inventory Software Knowledge: \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
