• Responsible for material flow and stock control of raw material and finished products.
• Delegate of Factory Manager for stock control of raw material and finished product.
• Supervise and oversee administrate Bean Warehouse and Finished Product Warehouse.
• Supervise and oversee the flow process of receive cocoa bean, transfer and deliver finished products.
• To evaluate and improve all aspect of distribution centre processes and logistic arrangement, assuring quality of goods and reduce lost time
• Set departmental goals and direction in order to achieve warehouse KPI and driven productivity
• Tracking warehouse KPI and update into management report monthly basis
• Supervise and oversee warehouse team in daily operational activities such as inventory control, space management, quality assurance and customer service.
• Maintain the tidiness of the warehouse, health and safety and security.
• Taking care of compliances issue relating to transportation or inconsistencies of delivery and ensure effective implementation of countermeasure, for continuous improvement.
• Supervise and ensure internal control systems are well maintained and accurately record
• Perform other duties as and when required

Tanggungjawab

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Transportation/Supply Chain/ Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years working experience in related field
• Experience in warehouse inventory and stock count management
• Well versed in customs and other related regulations
• Great problem solving skills and able to under pressure
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Working experience in manufacturing / FMGC environment will be preferred
• Willing to travel: Will be base in Ivory Coast for Minimum 5 Years
