Client Background: Our Japanese client is a global company providing comprehensive international total logistics services.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the warehouse operation and administration matters.

• Responsible for the overall daily warehouse operations, stock in and out flow movement as well as maintaining a proper storage and inventory system management.

• Responsible for inventory management, inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other related functions pertaining to inventory.

• Good understanding on import and export processes.

• Overseeing the operation team for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods to our customers on a timely basis as per scheduled.

• To lead, supervise and develop a team of competent warehouse manager and staff in executing their job functions.

• To develop property training to all workers in the department and equip the with the Technical knowledge and work according to company SOP.

• To be responsible for overall warehouse 5S, tidyness, cleanliness and safety issues.

• Liaising with local and oversea clients and provide detailed reporting on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• [[Preferably but not mandatory]] Effective communication skills, proficiency in English and Mandarin. Able to speak and write and Japanese will be advantageous.

• Minimum 5 years\' experience in warehouse management preferably in a Supervisory/Managerial role.

• Experience in Logistics (Freight Forwarding) is an advantage.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang
