• This role is responsible to manage overall warehouse operation.
• Report to General Manager

• Strategize, set-up and manage overall warehouse operation, processes and procedures through a team warehouse and logistic personal to ensure effective and safe operation is carried out.
• Manage the receiving, warehousing and distribution of Finish Products operation to ensure activities are carried out in a smooth and timely manner.
• Manage raw material warehouse, which includes receiving, warehousing and distribution of raw materials in an effective manner.
• Manage inventory and stock count activities.
• Plan and manage the warehouse activities are always carried out in a safe manner.
• Coach and guide the team to improve performance and efficiency.

• Bachelor of Degree in Logistic/ warehousing or related field.
• 5 years of working experience in managerial role in logistics/warehousing.
• Preferably someone from Contract Manufacturer/Electronics & Electrical
• Well versed in customs and other related regulations.
• Experience in warehouse inventory and stock count management.
• Proven negotiation, statistical and mathematical skills.
• Good computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft application i.e. Word & Excel.
• Oracle System is a MUST.
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well with different stakeholder
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage due to the need to communicate with China stakeholders.
• Either based in Gelang Patah or Pasir Gudang.

At present, they are looking to hire a hands-on Warehouse Manager to join their business to be based in Johor. This person can be either based in Gelang Patah OR Pasir Gudang.
