Job Highlights \xe2\x80\xa2 Career progression \xe2\x80\xa2 Join a friendly and fast-growing team \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical coverage Job Responsibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and monitor day-to-day operations in the warehouse by ensuring warehouse effectiveness and efficiency in support of production operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and review workflow, manpower allocation, and space requirements to develop action plans for productivity and loss prevention. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee general maintenance, including equipment, tools, forklift, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement 5S within the warehouse department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead, supervise and inspire the warehouse team to increase work productivity and discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and reliably. \xe2\x80\xa2 To review, and maintain best practices in storage methods including humidity, weight limitation, location and space capacity, safety, quality, customer, and ISO requirement. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree Level in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of working experience in Inventory/Logistics/Warehouse or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time assigned by the superior or manager.
