Job Summary:

Our Client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join a reputable pharmacy chain based in Terengganu. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of a well-established company in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage inventory control, including stock management, replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout, storage, and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a pharmacy chain or related industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics processes, and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical products is a plus.
