Our client is a home-grown chain pharmacy in Kuala Terengganu, and we\'re currently looking a talent to join the team as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing warehouse operations and logistics management. Industry: Chain Retail (OTC/Pharmacy) Working Hour: Monday to Friday s: Manage entire function of Warehouse & Logistics operations in headquarter, and lead a team of 20-30 headcounts across logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services teams. Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity. Maintain a high level of safety practices are strictly followed within the warehouse facility. Ensure the effective and safe utilization of warehouse equipment. Motivate and discipline staff as necessary to foster a positive and productive work environment. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all transactions. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. Ensure good organization of the warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments. Respond promptly and effectively to any issues or complaints. Conduct research on ideal shipping methods, routing, and carriers. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations. Evaluate budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements. Ensure that all operations comply with relevant local regulations, company\'s policies and guidelines. Requirements: Min. 5-10 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics function, preferably from chain retail/pharma/3PL industry background or relevant. Min. Diploma education level or above. Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia.
