Working Location : Bintulu, Sarawak - Accommodation & Transport Allowance provided : We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse and logistics operations within our solar energy company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customs clearance, import/export, warehouse management, logistics management, SAP, and experience in WMS implementation to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing solar equipment and materials.
• Implement best practices for warehouse organization, inventory management, and space utilization.
• Lead the company\'s logistics and supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound transportation.
• Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Manage customs clearance procedures for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations.
• Work with customs brokers and authorities to resolve any customs-related issues.
• Utilize SAP for effective inventory and supply chain management.
• Implement, manage, and continuously improve the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline warehouse operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate performance against these metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export, warehouse management, logistics management, SAP, and experience in WMS implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, logistics, warehouse management, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using SAP and WMS.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
