Responsibilities:
Liaise with HQ/Branches to ensure timely delivery, issue PORs, and Stock Transfer Notes.
Monitor order fulfillment, deliveries, and manage customer returns.
Collaborate with Warehouse for accurate inventory records and participate in stock takes.
Prepare operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
Maintain proper documentation and records for tracking purposes.
Assist with inbound processing, GRN input, barcode printing, and service repair follow-ups.
Requirements:
Knowledge of order management processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
Independent, team-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
