Job Description

• Minimum STPM/ Diploma in logistics and supply chain management or any equivalent field.
• 3 years\' experience supervising warehouse operation.
• Strong leadership and able to lead a big team.
• Preferable Executive specializing in Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent.
• Familiar on reporting and problem solving.
• Team player with strong initiatives, responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Fully responsible for daily warehouse operation
• Communicate with the operation and management team to prepare an efficiently executed operations strategy.
• Ensure the distribution system are efficient and well maintain to ensure on time delivers
• Resolve with other departments for any daily operations issues or complaints.
• Monitor inventories as well as weekly cycle counts
• Ensure the daily operation practicing safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workers
• Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organising employee training and developing teamwork initiatives
• Any other responsibility assigned by Management from time to time
• Ensure assigned area / section is operating smooth and meeting target KPI
