Define, implement and execute business development growth projects related to Warehouse operations for cross-border sellers in Malaysia
Develop and implement growth strategies for categories along with various stakeholders from across the region and teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Business Development)
Business analysis and performance reporting of projects/categories to facilitate senior leadership decision-making
Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimise existing practices
Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources
Conduct deep-dive analysis and have a deep understanding of the market landscape, user behaviours, and plan the most effective solution/innovative strategy for business growth
Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, local business development teams and local functional teams
Requirements :
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
Consulting experiences will be advantageous
Possess strong analytical skills and sensitivity to data
Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel software for presentations and analysis
About the Team :The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross-border logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, overseas warehouse fulfilment and business intelligence.
