1. Responsible for quality inspection, registration, and handling of all returned packages in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
2. Coordinate the shelving and inventory management of returned packages, ensuring timely processing daily, weekly, and monthly.
3. Collaborate closely with the Vietnam customer service team to ensure seamless workflow in the returns process.
4. Communicate and coordinate with the Shanghai headquarters to optimize the efficiency of the returns process.
5. Maintain healthy inventory turnover for returns, preventing stockpile issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
6. Report weekly and monthly progress to the Customer Service Head, providing updates and process optimization insights.
7. Adapt to global standardized training, and can train local team to operate small appliances reasonably;
Job Requirements:
1. Must be proficient in English and Bahasa, Mandarin will be a plus.
2. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations is not required but will be an added advantage
3. Basic computer literacy is required, including familiarity with ERP systems or other digital tools for inventory tracking.
4. Experience in return sorting, stock management, or warehouse coordination will be a plus. Strong communication, execution, and team collaboration skills.
5. Able to adapt quickly, think proactively, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement.
